Yes, most retail policies have a free-look period of 15 days from receipt of the policy document. During this period, you can cancel the policy for a refund, subject to deduction of proportionate risk premium and medical exam expenses.
If a claim is rejected, we review the rejection letter against policy terms to identify if there was a misunderstanding. We then assist in filing an appeal with the insurer's grievance committee or escalating to the Insurance Ombudsman if needed.

Yes, for endorsements (changing address, adding a nominee, or updating contact details), submit a request to your relationship manager or email support@bhpfin.in with relevant supporting documents.
